so

well the first day did not go as planned. i woke up and went til after 10 without eating but after that i ate every 4 hours. The next day i didnt plann the meals because its easier just to plan snack and make what i can with whats in the fridge. Friday was alot better things went great. I ate but they were small portions so that i wouldnt over eat for the day.

Today was a little differnt i woke up at 7 but felt to sick to eat and didnt eat till after 12. and im going to eat dinner really soon.

I thought that this goal would be alot easier to meet. But im finding out its not as easy.

tomorrows meal plan

Breakfast- eggs, coffee, and toast

snack- chesse sandwich, glass of water

lunch-soup

snack-fruit bar

dinner- unsure of at current moment, and coffee.

i will post tomorrow nnight to write if i stuck to the meal plan for that day and post fridays meal plan.

hey

so this is the beinging. I have trouble with eating in the morning and sometimes wont eat till night. Its a horrible habbit that i need to get out of right away. So thats my goal. What im going to do is plan my meals and bring healthy snacks so i dont go over 4 hours with out eating something.
