the last couple of days have been reat.I'm starting to get into the routiune and its making me feel alot better. I'm sleeping better, im in better moods, enjoying the day. There are still some days where it's a sturrgle. And days where i dont eat as healthy as i should and feel like i shouldnt eat the next day to make up for what i ate. but im starting to break out of that habit. hopefully for good.

emotions
Its funny how emotions can really affect your eating habits. Things started to go really well i was planning snack eating had energy and was sleeping alot better at night.
but then there was a death in the family,and my laptop crashed. Whitch made me fell like not eating. Butthankfully i have my support system to make sure that i stuck to the goal no mater how hard it was and even if i didnt feel like eating. It also help me keep my emotions stable.
so if your wondering why its been awhile since my last post its because i currently have no computer and have had a rouh wek. But life goes on and your have to keep moving forward.
