the last couple of days have been reat.I'm starting to get into the routiune and its making me feel alot better. I'm sleeping better, im in better moods, enjoying the day. There are still some days where it's a sturrgle. And days where i dont eat as healthy as i should and feel like i shouldnt eat the next day to make up for what i ate. but im starting to break out of that habit. hopefully for good.
